This is a local drop-off and pickup spot only—not a retail partner. They won’t be able to answer glove-related questions. Please read the steps below carefully before using this option.

How It Works:

1. Start with Us First
   Submit an inquiry so we know you're planning to drop off. We’ll send you a repair form and confirm next steps.
    

2. Print & Fill the Form
   Bring the completed repair form and leave it with your glove at Croton Running Company.
    

3. We’ll Handle the Rest
   We’ll pick it up, confirm the work, and keep you posted on timing and cost.
    

4. Plan Ahead
   Croton Running Company is only open four days a week. If your glove isn’t ready before Saturday, you won’t be able to pick it up until the following Wednesday.
   
   Please note: During the summer, Croton Running Company may close occasionally due to vacation or modified hours. We do not have access to gloves when the store is closed, so plan accordingly and check their hours before heading over.
