$100 Appointment Deposit (For Priority Service Requests Only)
This $100 deposit is only for customers who have already requested a Priority Service appointment slot through our Priority Service request form and have received an email with confirmation and instructions to pay this deposit.
Please note:
- Do not purchase this deposit unless you’ve been instructed to do so in your confirmation email. Submitting this payment without prior communication will not secure an appointment slot.
- To secure a priority appointment slot, you must first fill out the intake form, which can be accessed here: Priority Service Request Form.
- After completing the form, you will receive an email with your confirmed appointment slot and further instructions to complete the process.
About the Appointment Deposit: This deposit secures your reserved appointment slot for glove restoration through our Priority Service. The $100 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 4 weeks before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel, please email us at least 4 weeks in advance to release your appointment slot.
Important Reminder: Your appointment slot will only be secured once your deposit has been processed. Once confirmed, we will provide mailing instructions and other next steps to send your glove for restoration.
